Friday’s Weather Outlook; Plains/Midwest System, Plains/Gulf Coast System, Mid-Atlantic/Northeast System

On Friday, a system will continue to affect portions of the East Coast, while a system affects the Southern States and a system slowly moves through the Plains. Showers and storms will be likely across portions of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, as a costal system continues to slowly move along the coast. Along the Gulf Coast and in the Southern Plains, showers and storms will be likely, as a system slowly develop near the Texas and Louisiana Coast. In the Plains, a system will slowly push through the area, bringing a chance of showers and storms to the Plains and Midwest. An isolated storm may become severe, but the lack of shear, forcing and instibility will limit the overall threat and coeverage. The main threats from any storms that become severe will be damaging winds, hail and an isolated tornado. Below is the thunderstorm outlook for Friday.
