Friday’s Weather Outlook; West/Plains/Midwest/Great Lakes/Ohio Valley System

On Friday, a system will continue to push east through the Plains and into the Ohio Valley. Snow will be likely on the north sid eof the storms track, from the Dakotas into the Great Lakes. Several inches of accumulation are likely. Freezing rain will also be a problem from Illinois into Ohio, where low level cold air will hang on. In the Mississippi Valley, showers and storms will be possible, as the system brings in Gulf moisture. Below is the thunderstorm and snowfall outlook for Friday.
