On Thursday, a system will exit the Northeast, while a system will continue to push through the West and into the Plains. Snow will be possible in the Northeast, as a system departs. In the Great Lakes, down wind of the lakes, lake effect snow will be likely. Accumulations are likely. In the West and Plains, snow will be likely, as a systme pushes through. Monday-Wednesday Great Lakes/Northeast Winter Storm


Yet another winter storm will move through the region, Monday-Wednesday. Snow is likely on the north side of the storm from Illinois into the Northeast. The highest accumulations of 6-9+ inches will be found in the interior Northeast. Freezing rain will be likely from Texas to the northeast. As the system goes on, the precipitation will turn to all rain in these areas. Below is the snowfall outlook for this system.
