Saturday’s Weather Outlook; Plains/Midwest/Great Lakes/Mississippi Valley System

On Saturday, a system will continue to push through the Central U.S. Showers and storms will be likely in the great Lakes and Mississippi Valley, and a front moves through. There is a moderate risk for severe storms in Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas. With avaliable instibility, and good dynamics, storms will become severe. The main threats will be damaging winds, hail,a nd some tornadoes. On the north side of the system, snow and ice will be likely, as cold air is brought intot eh system. Accumulations are likely. Below is the severe weather and snowfall outlook for Saturday.
