Wednesday’s Weather Outlook; Southeast/Northeast/Ohio valley System


On Wednesday, a system will continue to push through the Ohio Valley and Southeast, as it moves toward the Northeast. There will also be a clipper moving across the Northern Midwest. Showers and storms will be possible through the day in parts of the Ohio Valley, Southeast, and Northeast. In the Southeast, with limited instibility, some storms may become severe. With the main threats being damaging winds, hail, and an isolate tornado. In the Midwest, a weak clipper will move in, bringing the chance of snow to the area. Monday-Wednesday Plains/Midwest/Great Lakes Snowstorm


A storm system will push east through the Midwest and intot he Ohio Valley by Wednesday. Heavy snow will be possible from Iowa up into Michigan. Snow accumulations may reach over 12 inches in Michigan. Snow will taper off early Wednesday in the Great Lakes. Below is the snowfall map for this system.
