Friday’s Weather Outlook; Plains/Great Lakes System, Southeast System

6:30PM

On Firday, a system will continue to affect the Southeast, while a system continues to move through the Great Lakes, as a new system develops in the Midwest. Showers and storms will be possbile through the day in Portions of the Southeast. In the Afternoon, with limited instibility, some storms may become severe. With the main threat of hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado. Showers and a few storms will be possible through the day across portions of the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Eastern Northeast. A new system is expected to develop on Friday, and will track Northeast across the Great Lakes. There is the potential for snow from this system, on Friday Night and Saturday, as the system moves to the northeast. There is still a lot of uncertainty with this system, thus the track may shift. Below is my thunderstorm outlook for Friday, and below that is the a map showing the potential snow event.
