Sunday’s Weather Outlook; Plains/West System,

On Sunday, a system will continue to affect the Plains and West. Showers and storms will be ongoing and continue through the days across portions of the Plains. I have issued an isolated risk for severe storms on Sunday, in portions of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico. In the Afternoon, new storms will develop. With limited instibility, a few of the storms may become severe. With the main threats being hail, and damaging winds. In portions of the Inter-Mountain West and Western Plains, snow will continue to fall. With total accumulations of 1-4 feet expected in the Inter-Mountain West, and up to 16 inches in North Dakota/South Dakota. Below is my thunderstorm outlook for Sunday.
