Some areas may recieve in excess of 1.5 inches of rain. I have issued a slight risk for severe storms on Tuesday, for portions of Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas. In the Afternoon, in the Southern Plains, a new round of storms will develop. With limited instibility, a few storms may become severe, with the main threats being hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado. Below is my severe weather outlook for Monday.
