Wednesday’s Severe Weather Outlook

A storm system will continue to work its way across the Great lakes, as in the Plains the frontal boundary begins to retreat as a warm front. I have issued a slight risk fro severe storms on Wednesday. Storms will be ongoing in portions of Illinois, Missouri, and Oklahoma in Wednesday Morning. These storms will be capable of producing heavy rain. In the Afternoon storms will develop in the Southeast. Instibility is not too good, as SB CAPE and ML CAPE is only expected to be around 2000, but as like on Tuesday it will be enough to produce scattered severe storms. In the Plains severe storms may develop in the Afternoon or Evening in North Dakota, and South Dakota, as SB CAPE and ML CAPE will get up to around 3000. Storms may ride southeast along the warm front through the rest of South Dakota. Threats from any severe storms will be damaging winds, hail, and an isolated tornado. Below is my severe weather outlook for Wednesday.
