These storms will weaken, but still have the potential to produce flooding rain, especially in Iowa and Missouri. In the Plains and Midwest severe storms will develop in the Afternoon, in portions of North Dakota, and Sotuh Dakota. These storms will move east and by Evening may form into an MCS(storm complex), and push east-southeast through Minnesota, and into Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois through the Night. Threats from any severe storms will be damaging winds, hail, and an isolated tornado. Below is my severe weather outlook for Monday.
