Friday’s Severe Weather Outlook

A cold front will continue to sweep across the Plains, Midwest, and into the Great Lakes on Friday, bringing more severe weather. I have issued a slight risk for severe storms on Friday. Storms will be ongoing in the Morning across portions of Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois. These storms will weaken as the Morning goes on. In the Afternoon severe storms will break out along a front from around Wisconsin and Minnesota, down into Nebraska and back into Wyoming. Storms will likely persist into the Night, before weakening. Threats from any severe storms will be damaging winds, hail, and an isolated tornado. Below is my severe weather outlook for Friday.
