Wednesday’s Severe Weather Outlook

A storm system will begin to exit the Northeast and Southeast, while a new system pushes into the Plains, and Hurricane Dolly affects Southern Texas. All three systems will bring the chance of severe weather. I have issued a slight risk for severe storms on Wednesday. Severe storms will develop along a cold front from the Northeast to the Southeast. These storms will push northeast with the risk of being severe and producing heavy rain. In the Plains a system will beging to push into the area. Severe storms will develop along the Montana/North Dakota/South Dakota and Wyoming/Nebraska border areas. These storms will push east into the Night before diminishing. In Southern Texas just north of where Hurricane Dolly makes landfall, some tornadoes will be possible, along with flooding rains. Threats from any severe storms will be damaging winds, hail, and some tornadoes. Below is my severe weather outlook for Wednesday.
