Friday’s Severe Weather Outlook

A slow moving cold front will continue to push off the East Coast, as a new system enters the Northwest. I have issued a slight risk for severe storms on Friday. Severe storms will break out in the Afternoon ahead of a new system entering the Northwest. These storms will affect portions of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming before weakening at Night. More storms will fire along a weak frontal boundary from the Northeast down into the Southern Plains, some of these storms may become severe. Threats from any severe storms will be damaging winds, hail, and an isolated tornado. Below is my severe weather outlook for Friday.
