Thursday’s Severe Weather Outlook

10:45PM

A storm system will continue to affect the region on Thursday. This system will continue to pump warm air into the Plain States, which will help create an environment favorable for severe storms. I have issued a moderate risk for severe weather on Thursday. Storms should develop along a dry line/cold front Thursday Afternoon from Nebraska to Texas/Oklahoma. These storms will race east and northeast through the evening, before weakening during the night. Threats from the storms includes large hail, damaging winds, and some tornadoes. Below is my severe weather outlook for Thursday.
