Wednesday-Friday Major SEvere Weather Outbreak

11:30PM

A powerful system is set to affect the region Wednesday-Friday. It will have the potential to produce a major 3 day severe weather outbreak. It looks like 500+ severe weather reports may occur, with 50+ tornadoes possible. It will all start in the Southern Plains on Wednesday. I have issued a moderate risk for Wednesday, as I expect to see damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes. The threat will continue into Thursday and Friday, as it spreads north and east. Below is my severe weather outlook for Wednesday, as well as a map showing where severe storms will be possible Thursday and Friday.

Tuesday-Wednesday Severe Weather Update

10:15PM

A severe weather outbreak looks to continue into Tuesday and Wednesday, as the first system continues to move through the area. Tuesday will be the most active day, i have issued a moderate risk. There looks to be the possibility for damaging winds, hail, and some tornadoes. Wednesday doesn’t look to be to bad with only isolated severe storms as the first system exits the region, but all eyes will turn to a second system that will affect the region Wednesday-Friday, I will have a post about the second system very soon. Below are my updated outlooks for Tuesday And Wednesday.
