Clipper Snow Map Update

The clipper system will move through the region this afternoon into Wednesday. It is not looking as good as it did before. Many area’s will see a dusting, 1-2 inches are still likely over most of the ohio valley, while 2-4 inches are possible as you get towards the mountains. This storm will also bring in more cold air, so be prepared for single digit highs, and wind chills below zero. Below is an updated snow map.

Late Week Storm

The late week storm still looks to produce snow and ice for many area’s. It is avery complicated forecast, thus I will hold off on a snow/ice map until tonight.

Early Next Week Storm

The GFS model is still show the storm. Over the last few runs it has been wraping more cold air into the system, moving around the track, and also has made it a little weaker. We still need to keep an eye on it, thus there will be more posts on it. Below is the GFS 12UTC take on the storm.
