On Monday, a system will push up the East Coast, while a system pushes into the Plains, and a new system pushes into the Northwest. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast, as a system works up the East Coast. In the Plains, a system will develop in the area, as energy pushes in from the West. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the region, along with snow on the backside of the system along the Front Range and in the Western Plains. Accumulations are likely. In the Northwest, a new system will push through the region. Rain will be likely, along with accumulating snow in portions of the Cascades and Rockies. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the Southeast, associated with a system pushing through the area. In the Plains and Midwest, rain will be likely as a cold front pushes through the area, associated with a system in Southern Canada. In the West, a system will continue to push through the area. On Saturday, a system will continue to push along the Gulf Coast, while a system effects the High Plains, and a system pushes into the Northwest. Showers and storms will be likely along portions of the Gulf Coast, as a system continues to move through the area. In the High Plains, showers will be possible, associated with a system pushing through Southern Canada. In the Northwest, another system will push into the area. Thursday’s Weather Outlook; Great Lakes/Mid-Atlantic/Northeast System, Southern Plains System, Northwest System

On Thursday, a system will push intot he Great Lakes, While a system develops in the Southern Plains, and a system continues to effect the Northwest. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the Great Lakes, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast, associated with a system that will continue to push slowly into the Great Lakes. In the Southern Plains, a new system will develop across the area, as a weak piece of energy moves into the region. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the Southern Plains associated with this system. With limited instiblity and forcing, a few storms maybecome severe. The main threats from any severe storms will be damaging winds and hail. In the Northwest, a systemw ill continue to effect the region. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the Mississippi Valley, Ohio Valley, Great Lakes, and Southeast, associated with a system slowly moving through the Mississippi Valley. In the Northwest, yet another system will push into the region. This system will bring showers and storms to the area, along with accumulating snow to portions of the Cascades. On Tuesday, a system will continue to push through the Missisisppi Valley, while a system continues to affect the Northwest. Rain will be likely in portions of the Mississippi Valley, as a system continues to slowly push through the area. Snow will be possible on th ebackside of the system, in portions of Iowa, Kansas and Missouri, little or no accumulation is expected. In the Northwest, a system will continue to affect the area. On Monday, a system will continue to push through the Plains, while a system continues to affect the Northwest. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the Plains and Mississippi Valley, associated with a system that will cotninue to slowly push through the Central Plains. On the backside of the system, accumulating snow will be likely across portions of the Central Plains, where up to 9″ may fall. November 14-18th 2009, Front Range/Plains “Winter” Storm

Saturday-Wednesday, Front Range/Plains “Winter” Storm

12:00PM

A developing storm system will slowly push from the Front Range and through the Plains, through the period. Snow will be likely on the backside of the system from Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico, on up into Iowa and Missouri. Accumulations are likely, with up to or over 12″ being likely along the Front Range and in portions of the Rockies. Totals in the Plains will likely range from 1-9″, depending on the location. Due to marginal temperatures, which will be near freezing for the duration of the event, this is expected to be a heavy, wet snow. Below is the snowfall forcast for this system.

Sunday, November 15th 2009 Weather Outlook

Sunday’s Weather Outlook; Inter-Mountain west/Plains/Mississippi Valley System, Northwest System

On Sunday, a system will push into the Plains, while a system continues to effect the Northwest. Showers and storms will be likely over portions of the Plains and Mississippi Valley, associated with a system pushing through the Plains. A few isolated storms may become severe, as instibility will be limited. The main threats from any storms that become severe, will be damaging winds and hail. On the backside of the system, snow will be likely in portions of the Rockies and Plains. Accumulatins are likeley, with up to 12 inches expected in the lower elevations, and over 12 inches in the higher elevations.
