On Saturday, a system will push through the Great Lakes and Northeast, while a system affects the Northwest and Plains. Showers and storms will be likely in portions of the Great Lakes, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and southeast, associated with a system pushing through the great Lakes and into Southern Canada. In the Northwest and Northern Plains, a system moving through Southern canada will affect the area. Rain will be possible associated with this system, with snow being possible in higher elevations in portions of the Rockies and Cascades. Below is the Halloween weather outlook map.
